Forgot the password that allows you to log into your SuperSmart account? Follow this simple procedure.
In the window where you usually log in, click on "forgotten password".
Enter your email address, then click on "continue".
Please do not close the page that appears until this step has been completed.
Wait until you receive a code by email. This may take up to 5 minutes. Don't forget to check your junk mail (spam). The code is valid for 4 hours.
Then enter the code in "enter code" (do not copy/paste!).
Click on "continue".
Create a new password (minimum 8 characters containing at least one upper case, one lower case and one number).
If the password is valid, the lines underneath will turn green.
Just click on "continue":
Your new password works! You will now need to use this password to access your account.
Note: If you do not get the page "enter a code" from step 3, you will have to empty your caches in order to delete your navigation cookies, and start again from step 1. If it still doesn't work, don't hesitate to contact us on +1 (786) 522-3907, from 9am to 6pm, or via our contact form.
