Orders

Don’t worry! We send status updates by email right after you place an order, and we notify you as soon as it is on its way! You will simply have to click on the link that will take you to the tracking of your package on the website of the distribution platform that handles your order and that will keep you informed of its status.

If you cannot find our order confirmation and updates, you can check your spam emails, maybe they got lost there!

Verify your order receipt in order to make sure the product is not on backorder. If a product is missing, you can check your email confirmation in case the different products you ordered were not delivered in the same package. If it is not, please contact us and we will reconcile your order.

Once an order is placed, it is not possible to make changes or cancel it simply because we always try to process orders as fast as we can so that you receive your package as quickly as possible.

However, if you have not confirmed payment yet, please check your contact details and review your order because you only have 30 minutes to make any changes after this point. Still, know that you are free to return all or part of your order without restriction, within one year upon receipt.

Note that except for mistakes from our services, freight costs always remain at customers’ expense.

You can see the orders you have previously placed if you have a SuperSmart customer account. To access it, log in to your account and click on your name in the upper right corner.

Then, in the “My Account” section, click on “Orders” to view your order history.

Know that with a SuperSmart customer account, you can also select products and place them in your wishlist, see your invoices, and use gift vouchers.

Yes, we have an auto-delivery program. With auto-delivery, you save 7% on top of your usual discounts on each delivery.

We make every effort to ensure your orders are delivered in perfect condition. Unfortunately, we cannot prevent packages from eventually being damaged during shipment. That is why we make ourselves available to answer any call regarding a damaged or wrong order.
