Don’t worry! We send status updates by email right after you place an order, and we notify you as soon as it is on its way! You will simply have to click on the link that will take you to the tracking of your package on the website of the distribution platform that handles your order and that will keep you informed of its status.
If you cannot find our order confirmation and updates, you can check your spam emails, maybe they got lost there!
Verify your order receipt in order to make sure the product is not on backorder. If a product is missing, you can check your email confirmation in case the different products you ordered were not delivered in the same package. If it is not, please contact us and we will reconcile your order.
Once an order is placed, it is not possible to make changes or cancel it simply because we always try to process orders as fast as we can so that you receive your package as quickly as possible.
However, if you have not confirmed payment yet, please check your contact details and review your order because you only have 30 minutes to make any changes after this point. Still, know that you are free to return all or part of your order without restriction, within one year upon receipt.

The address correction app put in the incorrect address and I missed it when I hit the accept option. I noticed it when the order was already in route and called customer service to request that they change it to the correct address as the shipper and they were right on top of it. They called me back right away and changed the address. They sent a new email with the tracking information and called me to let me know it was all taken care of.
